Topshop was probably the place I bought my first piece of clothing. Along with ASOS, it’s my go-to shop for pretty much everything. Their footwear is always amazing and their accessories are so beautiful, there’s a reason it’s still so popular. The price point has definitely gone up since my first purchase, but so has the quality and the choice has more than quadrupled. It’s one of the best shops to buy Tall pieces from, there’s still a real lack of of on the Highstreet, but Topshop has got our backs! In my quest to reinvent my wardrobe, I’m looking into buying specific pieces, for specific outfits, rather than just buying things and having nothing to style them with like I seem to be doing a lot of recently.
You can either click the image or click the highlighted link to shop the pieces.
To be fair, I want this entire outfit, but the bit that’s on my wishlist is this beautiful Striped Bell Sleeve Tshirt. I’m obsessed with stripes, there’s a whole section in my wardrobe dedicated to my love for stripes. There’s also no denying how amazing these sleeves are, the more I see this trend, the more I want for EVERYTHING in my wardrobe to have bell sleeves.
Again, I want this whole outfit. This is definitely how I’d style this Metallic Pleated Skirt. I’ve seen this type of outfit all over instagram and pinterest, and absolutely love how effortless but still put together it looks. I love the mix of the really feminine skirt and the more relaxed and casual slouchy knit. I’d add some cute little ankle boots and be on my merry way!
If you read my post about Trying to Find My Style, you’ll know that I’m trying to reinvent my wardrobe, in an attempt to be able to easily create effortless but stylish looks. I think all 3 of these outfits will definitely help me along the way. I love this Embroidered Batwing Dress, I think it would be perfect for work or as a day dress with bare legs and trainers like in the photo.
