My Etsy Wishlist

15th January 2017
I find that everything is that bit more ‘special’ and unique.

I could spend days trawling through the millions(?) of items on Etsy, there’s everything you could possibly need, from jewellery to artwork and everything in between. The main thing I love about Etsy is that it’s quite likely that no one else will have the same thing as you, you get a unique product, made by someone with their bare hands and you’re helping to fuel their dream.

I think it’s really important to support the people that spend their lives creating rather than just going out to a big chain store and giving them even more money. Don’t get me wrong, my house is full of IKEA things, but for the special bits, I like to buy from independent shops or from Etsy. I find that everything is that bit more ‘special’ and unique. Sometimes I see something on there and think “Oh, I can try creating that myself”, I’m quite crafty so I love getting inspiration from other people and trying things out for myself.

I do actually have my own little Etsy store, which you can find here, but these are the bits and pieces that are currently on my wishlist.
